Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the team to drive projects and use foundational operational data to improve new driver retention and order-driving momentum.
  • •Support drivers with on-site operational planning and phone communication to solve daily issues, improve service quality, adapt responses to different scenarios, and maintain platform stability.
  • •Assist with platform marketplace operations and process optimization to increase operational efficiency and improve user experience.
  • •Plan and execute community operations to increase driver participation and strengthen drivers’ sense of platform identity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 30,000 - 45,000 monthly
