Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and enhance client relationships through quality in-branch service.
  • •Coach tellers to ensure efficient and accurate teller function performance in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including teller scheduling, providing coaching, and overseeing operational standards.
  • •Transition clients to a banker after identifying financial wellness opportunities during client conversations.
  • •Support the Branch Manager with onboarding and training new tellers, and help maintain product and policy knowledge.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of cash handling experience.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
