HSE Advisor – Ampol Lytton Turnaround

Partner with the Wood T&I HSE Lead to coach and mentor field teams on safe behaviours during the Ampol Lytton Refinery FCCU shutdown. Conduct safe behaviour observations, audits, and field documentation inspections; intervene where non-compliance or unsafe actions are identified; and support incident and near-miss investigations. Help deliver daily toolbox talks, coordinate corrective actions, and liaise with the client and contractors across multiple elevated locations.
