PMO Project Director - Energy & Natural Resource

Lead the establishment, mobilisation, and continuous improvement of PMO functions for large-scale energy programmes across the UK. Drive programme governance frameworks, integrated controls (planning, cost, risk, change, performance), and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making. Facilitate assurance reviews and governance forums, monitor KPI-driven performance, and mentor multidisciplinary PMO and project controls teams while engaging senior stakeholders.
