Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the operation team to meet delivery requirements.
  • •Set and review line performance KPI targets daily, weekly, and monthly to meet delivery.
  • •Drive execution of KPIs such as Move, CT, wafer out, and CLIP with clear priority and direction.
  • •Develop and maintain operation dashboards and management reports for line performance including CLIP fulfillment, CT, Move, and Productivity Index.
  • •Standardize and simplify processes, lead continuous improvement projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, cycle time, throughput, and capacity planning.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and continuous improvement.
  • •Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, or related industries preferred.
  • •Proven track record participating in cross-functional improvement initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
  • •Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
