Key Responsibilities

•Craft strongly researched and well-documented engineering bids.
•Write Basis of Estimates (BOEs) based on well thought out reasoning.
•Defend bids to management while interfacing with hardware leads.
•Support both Electrical and REPA Department level proposals at 50%, department level metrics development and support at 25%, and technical department initiatives at 25%.
•This 1st shift role will be 100% on-site and based in Marlborough, MA. Travel is anticipated between multiple sites including Andover, MA and Tewksbury, MA.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years’ prior relevant experience.
•Experience leading multi-disciplined teams to meet deadlines for proposal submissions.
•Experience developing and submitting compliant Basis of Estimates (BOEs) aligned with regulatory requirements.
•Experience analyzing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to extract and define project scope.
•Experience delivering presentations of proposal details to management.
