Global Talent Management & Development Senior Manager

Design and deliver global learning and development strategies that strengthen organizational capability and leadership effectiveness. Partner with HR, leaders, and multiple teams to build scalable curricula and learning pathways across in-person, virtual, blended, and on-demand formats. Lead end-to-end talent development programs—strategy, execution, communications, measurement, and continuous improvement—while enabling AI readiness and workforce transformation.
