Key Responsibilities

  • •Desarrollar filosofías, lógicas, estrategias y documentos de ingeniería de control e instrumentación para hornos y calderas
  • •Diseñar, especificar e implementar sistemas BMS (Burner Management System) conforme NFPA 85/86m y Lógicas de paro de emergencia
  • •Revisar definiciones de lógica de arranque/parada y control de combustión; participar en talleres HAZOP/LOPA/FHA
  • •Definir y validar instrumentación crítica, válvulas de seguridad y controles de procesos en hornos y calderas
  • •Coordinar con disciplinas de procesos, mecánica y eléctrica para las definiciones necesarias en los equipos

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of specific instrumentation and control engineering experience in Oil & Gas projects
  • •Manejo y conocimiento de Estandares y Normativa de Instrumentación y Control ISA, IEC, NFPA, API
  • •Conocimientos de códigos ASME (B31.3, B31.4, B31.8) y normas API (610, 560, 661, 617, 618)
  • •Conocimiento SmartPlant (SPI, SP3D) e herramientas de cálculo de instrumentos
  • •Experiencia en sector Oil & Gas
