Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to support HR operations, onboarding, and cross-border employment processes across the Americas (US/Canada/LATAM). You will manage onboarding, mobility, documentation, and employee support in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, coordinating with EX, Payroll and Legal teams to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via the ticketing system, especially related to onboarding and HR support in the Americas region.
•Escalate medium- and high-complexity issues to appropriate internal teams (EX, Payroll, Legal) when needed.
•Maintain strong, professional communication with employees to ensure a smooth experience.
•Support onboarding workflows for new hires in Americas, ensuring compliance and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
•Assist with mobility-related coordination (e.g. relocations, document management, employment documentation).

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, or employee mobility, preferably with exposure to Americas markets (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil).
•Familiarity with onboarding processes and employment documentation in international contexts.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills; attention to detail is a must.
•Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
•Proficiency in using HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., ticketing systems, Monday.com, Dropbox).
