Job Summary

Serve as a ServiceNow Enterprise/Platform Architect Consultant, combining hands-on module configuration with strategic advisory. Lead client engagements to define future-state process and platform strategies, build roadmaps, and implement governance with KPIs. Configure core ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD and more), manage integrations (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF), and support pre-sales proposal and SOW development. Work remotely with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
•Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities, including business value assessments and adoption strategies.
•Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, and HRSD.
•Perform platform health scans, technical debt analysis, and scalability assessments; manage integrations with third-party tools.
•Collaborate on pre-sales by drafting proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), including effort estimation and scope alignment.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
•Proven experience in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
•Experience with proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
•ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, etc.) preferred.
