•Collaborate with Support and Ops to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success.
•Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve close-rate and quota attainment.

Salary: USD 1,500 - 4,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•1) Proven track record of closing sales and meeting/exceeding quotas, preferably in a BPO/outsourcing or high-volume inbound environment.
•2) Strong communication and consultative selling skills with ability to build rapport and uncover customer needs.
•3) Disciplined pipeline management and CRM proficiency (HubSpot or equivalent).
•4) Ability to work in US Eastern/Central time zones, with availability Monday–Friday during US business hours.
•5) Reliable home office setup and internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps as listed, but the posting specifies 50 Mbps for some roles) and a professional headset.
