Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift.
  • •Ensure site targets in production, cost, and quality are met or exceeded, including fully managing the facilities when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership.
  • •Run weekly site performance reviews and guide daily manager huddles to set priorities.
  • •Support continuous improvement initiatives, train process changes, and support development of reconditioning leads and managers.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of over 50 associates and developing employees.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Ability to maintain high-volume, high-quality output in a fast-paced environment; valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record.
