Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) in Aladdin across fixed income, equities, and derivatives, ensuring accurate capture of trades, positions, cash, and corporate actions.
  • •Reconcile positions and cash between IBOR, custodians, and counterparties; manage end-of-day and intraday position integrity and resolve breaks within timelines.
  • •Produce and validate daily and periodic portfolio performance, investigate performance exceptions, and ensure consistency with the accounting book of record.
  • •Monitor pre-trade and post-trade compliance against investment guidelines, mandates, and regulatory filings; document breaches and track remediation.
  • •Support new product onboarding and market infrastructure workflows; maintain security master/reference data and data quality controls to ensure governance and usability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, data management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience in investment operations, middle office, or data management at an asset management firm or sovereign wealth fund.
  • •Direct experience across public markets operations for fixed income, equities, and derivatives.
  • •Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, IBOR, performance, and investment compliance across public markets.
  • •Knowledge of derivatives regulation (including EMIR, MiFID II, and UMR) and experience with market data providers and security master/reference data.
