Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build the reporting engine that enables users to create flexible analytical views across advertising data.
  • •Solve backend engineering challenges around performance, reliability, and large-scale analytical workloads.
  • •Design clean interfaces and abstractions to integrate new advertising channels into a cohesive platform.
  • •Own backend stack engineering from design through production, driving technical decisions across systems.
  • •Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction and engineering practices across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and operating large-scale, highly available backend systems with strong performance, reliability, and distributed-systems reasoning.
  • •Strong relational database fundamentals with query performance experience; experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or similar is a plus.
  • •Experience designing distributed and asynchronous processing systems, including concurrent background workloads and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
  • •Strong software design skills, including abstractions, interfaces, testing, and maintainability for evolving systems.
  • •Hands-on technical ownership: take ambiguous, technically challenging problems from exploration and design through production.
