Field Service Team Lead

Lead maintenance and repair activities for Collins Class Submarines as part of the Scylla Maintenance Team. Oversee operational readiness across dedicated customer sites and Royal Australian Navy (RAN) platforms, providing engineering tasks, escalation support, and technical planning through documentation review. Mentor team members through hands-on training, enforce safety and RAN protocols, manage delegated responsibilities and customer meetings, and support inventory logistics and LEAN continuous improvement.
