Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate efficient utilization of trucking resources and transportation personnel.
  • •Ensure DOT compliance, including pre-trip/post-trip inspections, start-up/shutdown processes, time review, and required DOT documents.
  • •Recruit, hire, and onboard drivers and ensure ongoing training (including ride-alongs, evaluations, and goal setting).
  • •Attend scheduling and preconstruction meetings and coordinate upcoming jobs and trucking needs to reduce wait times and costs.
  • •Monitor safety and performance daily, conduct incident reviews with corrective coaching action plans, and oversee equipment repair coordination with shops.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •3+ years of related experience (or equivalent education and experience).

  • •Ability to type/use keyboards accurately and knowledge of database software; working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
