Key Responsibilities

•Act as a high-level consultant during partner architecture reviews, advising on agentic readiness and transitions to modular, metadata-driven architectures.
•Operationalize the ISV Center of Excellence (COE) framework, establishing standards across enablement, architectural governance, engineering intelligence, and performance.
•Deliver opinionated platform architecture recommendations spanning Agentforce, Data Cloud, Slack, and other next-gen technologies.
•Define and lead a Technical Success Blueprint, orchestrating enablement and engineering resources to achieve modernization milestones and benchmarks.
•Lead the agentic AI transformation by guiding agent orchestration, tool calling, trust architecture, MCP/A2A protocols, and responsible AI adoption.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of technical leadership (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Principal Architect) within a SaaS or ISV environment.
•Expertise in Salesforce platform evolution, including Agentic AI, 2GP packaging, and Data Cloud.
•Strong enterprise architecture fundamentals (integration patterns, data modeling, identity and trust, multi-cloud design, event-driven architecture).
•Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and drive organizational change without direct execution authority.
•Working knowledge of LLM patterns, RAG, grounding, AI governance, and responsible AI frameworks; built or prototyped with AI.
