Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a training and education strategy that enables customers to ramp quickly and realize value from the product within the first 90 days.
  • •Define and build the customer onboarding process to ensure it is seamless and efficient.
  • •Develop engaging training and education programs to drive customer success and product adoption.
  • •Create written and video content delivered across multiple mediums and platforms (email, knowledge base, etc.).
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Growth, Sales, Product) to align priorities and drive training initiatives.
