You’ll define success metrics, collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Growth, Sales, and Product, and thrive in a fast-paced hybrid environment in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a training and education strategy that enables customers to ramp quickly and realize value from the product within the first 90 days.
•Define and build the customer onboarding process to ensure it is seamless and efficient.
•Develop engaging training and education programs to drive customer success and product adoption.
•Create written and video content delivered across multiple mediums and platforms (email, knowledge base, etc.).
•Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Growth, Sales, Product) to align priorities and drive training initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually
