Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day security operations during your assigned shift, ensuring contracted guard coverage and conducting unannounced spot checks.
  • •Lead immediate response to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, and conduct after-action reviews and preliminary investigations with timely escalation.
  • •Maintain daily shift logs and provide shift summaries to site leadership; support access control during peak shift changes and visitor arrivals.
  • •Ensure secure operations for shipping and receiving during your shift, including enforcement of security protocols for transportation of sensitive materials.
  • •Ensure effective operation and monitoring of physical security technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems) and support SOP buildout with security leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 129,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3-5 years of progressive security operations experience in large-scale manufacturing/industrial environments.
  • •Proven experience leading security teams, including direct supervision of security officers and/or contracted guard forces.
  • •Hands-on experience operating and monitoring physical security technologies such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
  • •Demonstrated experience in incident response, investigation, and operational-context reporting.
  • •Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays) and obtain and maintain a security clearance if required, plus a valid driver’s license.
