Key Responsibilities

•Inspire and lead the project team to achieve KPIs for the program and its components.
•Provide regular progress updates to leadership and secure support to advance the program smoothly.
•Collaborate across departments and oversee projects from initiation to completion using project gateways.
•Conduct professional risk management and proactively resolve program critical-path issues.
•Iterate processes, tools, and infrastructure to enable component project managers and ensure programs are executed efficiently and in compliance with company procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
•Minimum of 8 years of project management experience across the full value chain; U.S. PMI or U.K. OGC certifications are desirable.
•At least 3 years of program management experience.
•At least 3 years of experience in new product development and end-to-end project management for to-C products.
•Experience managing the development of mechatronic finished products; power tools experience is preferred.
