Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Manage end-to-end cost control for a major, multi-phase hyperscale data center construction program. Build and maintain budgets, estimates, forecasts, and monthly reporting; coordinate cost information across designers, contractors, and vendors; and lead change-management, value engineering, procurement support, and commercial negotiations. Serve as a primary client interface across office and project site stakeholders while supporting margin tracking and SOX-related controls as applicable.
