Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and consolidate weekly KPI reporting to meet business needs.
  • •Run systemic reports for business purposes using Power BI and enterprise systems including Oracle, Oracle EPM, and HFM.
  • •Create, analyze, and review ad-hoc management inquiries of key financial metrics for senior leadership.
  • •Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycle updates, including POR submissions, forecasts, and board/strategic reviews.
  • •Consolidate world areas supplemental reporting and drive automation initiatives to improve regular financial reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
  • •0-1 years of work experience in an accounting/finance-related role.
  • •Strong data-processing experience with Microsoft Office (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, macros).
  • •Exposure to ERP systems is preferred; familiarity with Oracle or SAP is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills, with persistence, perseverance, and flexibility.
