Facilities Management Portfolio Manager (Hard FM)

Provide strategic leadership and technical direction for Serco’s Hard Facilities Management portfolio across Asia Pacific. You’ll drive asset management, maintenance and engineering strategies, develop FM standards, frameworks and governance models, and influence stakeholders to embed innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice. Working with senior leaders, operational teams, and customers, you’ll strengthen risk, assurance and compliance outcomes while supporting growth through solution development, mobilisation, and engagement.
