Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate transactions not executed at prevailing market rates or outside acceptable market price thresholds and inception profit.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate production of Off-Market Rate Checking and Best Ex Monitoring to mitigate operational and reputational risk.
  • •Document and assess reasonable explanations from front office; highlight exceptions to the Trading Desk head for formal review.
  • •Prepare and distribute relevant MI for trading and management.
  • •Continuously review processes to improve service delivery timeframes and identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA, or pursuing CA/CFA, or an MBA from a Tier I institution (or Tier II with relevant Product Control Operations experience).
  • •Knowledge of financial products including Equities, Foreign Exchange, fixed income, Derivatives (Options, Interest rate swaps, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including exposure to Project Management Software.
  • •Proven ability to manage migrations of finance processes in diverse, multi-culture work environments with strong organization, time management, and prioritization.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills with relationship management, tact, and diplomacy; ability to challenge senior inputs constructively.
