  • •Define and evangelize Studio product vision, strategy, and annual goals, owning business impact.
  • •Build the Studio PM organization by hiring PMs/stream leads, setting operating cadence, and developing PMs.
  • •Partner with engineering leadership to scope, sequence, and deliver roadmap value while balancing quick wins with long-term platform bets.
  • •Drive strategic customer discovery with PMs under your responsibility.
