Key Responsibilities

•Talk to users to understand their goals and challenges.
•Help customers design and optimize their Metabase implementation.
•Guide customers on how to get data from various sources, transform it, and turn questions into executable queries.
•Solve complex problems and troubleshoot customer issues.
•Collaborate with technical communicators to create educational materials and serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 66,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience writing production code, administering systems, and/or managing databases.
•Strong database and SQL skills.
•Expert in at least two of: designing and developing web applications; managing infrastructure (Docker, AWS/GCP/etc, or similar); managing databases.
•Experience with Metabase or other BI tools (nice to have).
•Fluency in multiple languages (nice to have).
