Job Summary

Own end-to-end, risk-based technology and security audits for a nationally chartered bank built on Column’s own infrastructure. You’ll partner with Engineering, Information Security, Payments, BSA/AML, Compliance, Lending, Growth, and TPRM to assess SDLC, IAM, cybersecurity, cloud (AWS), and AI usage—while auditing third-party risk and fintech partner oversight. Use analytics and data from tools like CloudTrail, Datadog, and Okta to automate testing and improve audit efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, lead, and execute end-to-end audits across core banking, technology, compliance, lending, payments, cards, and API infrastructure, and report findings to senior leadership.
•Own and evolve a risk-based audit plan as Column grows as a software company running a regulated bank.
•Partner with Engineering and Information Security to audit SDLC, data protection, IAM, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure (including AWS), and AI usage in development.
•Audit third-party risk management and fintech partner oversight against regulatory expectations.
•Use data analytics and AI to surface emerging risks and automate testing to make audit faster and more efficient.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of audit, risk, or compliance experience in banking, fintech, consulting, or technology.
•Technology audit depth across IT risk, cybersecurity, and modern software development, including how AI changes the dev process.
•Hands-on cloud-native audit experience with AWS IAM, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and secrets management.
•Ability to pull and interpret data from CloudTrail, Datadog, and Okta via API or query.
•Working knowledge of BSA/AML, sanctions (KYC, CDD, SAR, OFAC), and core banking regulation (OCC, FRB).
