Senior General Manager leading Honeywell’s Fire business in the region, accountable for regional P&L, strategy, product portfolio, and GTM execution. •Own regional P&L and be accountable for strategy, product portfolio including regional launch of new products
•Develop and execute GTM strategy and drive targets across orders, revenue, and operating income
•Lead and develop the regional team, including offering managers and pre-sales support, with coaching and development
•Coordinate regional activities (sales roll-up, pricing, marketing content, and external market monitoring) and manage key relationships with customers and channel partners
•Represent Honeywell in regional industry associations and drive brand visibility through exhibitions and external events

•15+ years of experience in building automation, with exposure to product management, sales or marketing; minimum of 3–5 years in a GM or sales management position (preferably with complete P&L ownership)

•Experience in collaborating with global product teams, country sales, marketing, etc.
•Engineering / Business degrees preferred
