•Develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications.
•Drive onboarding and qualification-based authority training, including training documentation used for on-the-job training.
•Lead new course and course content development aligned with engineering specifications.
•Create and maintain course materials (e.g., PowerPoints, student handouts, tests) and revise existing materials.
•Monitor training impacts by tracking human error trends and updating SOPs and training documents within Personnel Qualifications systems.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing planning environment.
•2+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in training coordination, project coordination, and/or learning and development.
•Ability to create training materials and lead course content development aligned with engineering specifications.
•Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral formats and build both instructor-led and online training modules.
