Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications.
  • •Drive onboarding and qualification-based authority training, including training documentation used for on-the-job training.
  • •Lead new course and course content development aligned with engineering specifications.
  • •Create and maintain course materials (e.g., PowerPoints, student handouts, tests) and revise existing materials.
  • •Monitor training impacts by tracking human error trends and updating SOPs and training documents within Personnel Qualifications systems.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing planning environment.
