Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hands-on engineering tasks in a production team supporting development and deployment of training systems, including networking components and simulation system interfaces.
  • •Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software applications and tools used in simulation environments.
  • •Install, support, and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and simulation system components to restore functionality and performance.
  • •Participate in the full software engineering lifecycle from requirements analysis and design through integration, testing, implementation, and deployment.
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation and communicate project status, issues, risks, and recommended solutions to engineering leads and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
  • •2–4 years of experience in software development, system integration, or technical support roles.
  • •Foundational knowledge of software engineering practices, debugging techniques, and application development.
  • •Familiarity with operating systems, networking fundamentals, and software installation processes.
  • •Strong communication skills for reporting status and documenting work, with the ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a team environment.
