Build and maintain a clean, scalable, reliable, automated services framework for Workday Federal deployments. You’ll enhance monitoring, alerting, and tracing; design and implement Kubernetes platform solutions; automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD using Terraform and Argo CD; and participate in production on-call to keep Workday Analytics delivering reliably in GovCloud. You’ll also collaborate across teams and support Prism Analytics environments with security and compliance rigor.

•Design, develop, and implement Kubernetes platform solutions, including infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
•Build and maintain core platform components to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
•Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management and manage application deployments using Terraform and Argo CD.
•Provide support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues in partnership with development teams.
•Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance for the platform.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,000 - 196,600 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience (on-premises or cloud) with strong systems architecture, networking, and security knowledge.
•Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, architecture, and administration.
•Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
•Proficiency in infrastructure automation (Terraform) and experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD).
•Programming proficiency, preferably Go or Python, and experience with AWS cloud services in production.
