Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the customer deployment journey (first 60–90 days) for strategic customers, aligning deployment goals with business objectives.
  • •Design and deliver persona-specific enablement sessions for first-time users through executive stakeholders.
  • •Identify and unlock high-impact use cases across customer organizations and remove blockers to accelerate value realization.
  • •Build and run strategic enablement programs, including scalable educational content (guides, playbooks, learning materials) for self-sufficiency.
  • •Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights to inform product development and help establish repeatable deployment best practices.
