Float Personal Banker 1- Brentwood

Provide excellent customer care for daily banking transactions, handling inquiries and resolving issues in line with bank policies. Build rapport with customers, manage confidentiality, and answer questions with confidence. Identify customer needs and meet/exceed sales referral targets by referring and cross-selling retail products and services using required tracking tools. Perform daily office responsibilities, maintain accurate balancing and follow procedures, while traveling to other financial centers within the market as needed.
