Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and own EFC operational processes for inbound, picking/packing, VAS application and outbound.
  • •Lead and manage a team and coordinate targets across Campus North to achieve service levels and productivity.
  • •Manage shift systems for a 24/7 operation, including staffing plans and working with temporary staffing as needed.
  • •Own and support area budgets with GFF, including cost efficiency projects and KPI management.
  • •Implement lean and continuous improvement programs, oversee training, and ensure health & safety controls in collaboration with HR and health & safety specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience leading and managing large, highly automated warehouses.
  • •At least 8 years of relevant management experience, ideally in a distribution center environment.
  • •Relevant logistics qualifications.
  • •Project management skills with experience improving operations and driving change.
  • •Fluent German and English (written and verbal).
