Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning through closeout.
  • •Prepare project elements with clients (scope, resource requirements, cost estimates/budget, workplan schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification).
  • •Define and recommend project delivery resources, including complex bid requests, bid evaluations, and selections.
  • •Facilitate development of project charters and integrated timelines, ensuring functions stay on schedule and issues are resolved/escalated.
  • •Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion; facilitate regular status meetings.
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience combination).
  • •Healthcare client and/or pharmacy fulfillment/packing client experience is beneficial.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with MS Project or similar project management software; Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
  • •Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions, with expert organizational skills.
