Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the field and events strategy and own the events calendar across conferences, regional programs, and owned events tied to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • •Select and manage third-party events: negotiate sponsorships, design the booth and on-site experience, and ensure execution from load-in to follow-up.
  • •Build and run owned events (e.g., executive dinners, roadshows, user groups, hackathons, workshops) to put the product in front of the right people.
  • •Own pipeline and ROI reporting for events-sourced and events-influenced pipeline; set targets, track spend, and measure results.
  • •Build lead capture and follow-up, align on on-the-ground messaging, manage budgets and vendors, and hire/coach/grow the field and events team as it scales.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in field marketing, events, or demand generation, ideally at a B2B software or infrastructure company selling to technical and enterprise buyers.
