Design, engineer, and secure desktop virtualization infrastructure for government clients, focusing on Citrix XenDesktop and NetScaler across Sterling, VA and Annapolis Junction, MD. You will design, test, implement, and secure VDI solutions, support Azure Virtual Desktop and hybrid environments, interact with government stakeholders, obtain ATO readiness, and document processes while providing Tier 3 support and scripting expertise in PowerShell or Python.

Key Responsibilities

•Engineer, design, test, implement, maintain, and secure the full life cycle of Citrix XenDesktop and NetScaler solutions in a large Enterprise environment
•Design and support Microsoft infrastructure solutions including Azure Virtual Desktop, on-premises, cloud and hybrid
•Interact with Government stakeholders regarding technical considerations for problems and conflicts
•Engineer, implement, monitor, and tune VDI environments to obtain Authorize to Operate for new VDI solutions
•Prepare and maintain documentation for VDI solutions, processes, and procedures related to engineering projects

Key Requirements

•Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph
•Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent
•Minimum of 10 years of related experience
•Experience with Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp and NetScaler, VDI design and deployment
•Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python
