  • •Minimum 4 years of construction inspection experience (6 years with NICET 3 or CMIT 4).
  • •Strong oral and written technical communication skills.
  • •Ability to learn how to read plans and specifications, or aptitude to learn.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
