Job Summary

Drive revenue and long-term growth by partnering with high-value SMB agencies through a one-to-many agency model. You’ll establish and expand agency relationships, educate agencies on TikTok product solutions and best practices, and support scaled media strategy by analyzing campaign performance to recommend improvements. Coach agencies to pitch new business, run quarterly business reviews, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate cross-functionally while serving as the voice of the customer.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and grow agency relationships by seeking partnerships across agency teams and acquiring agencies on the platform.
•Educate agencies on TikTok product solutions and best practices using data-driven, tailored storytelling for agency/client goals.
•Provide scaled media strategy and planning support by monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to recommend improvements.
•Coach and enable agencies to pitch new business, and develop long-term strategic plans with quarterly business reviews.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues, prioritize a book of business, and collaborate cross-functionally while gathering voice-of-customer insights.

Key Requirements

•Marketing, media sales, and/or online advertising experience with direct client management or agency experience.
•Agency experience or agency partnerships experience.
•Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem within marketing/social media/advertising.
•High written and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English.
•Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, or programmatic ad products.
