Key Responsibilities

  • •Own high-impact processes across key verticals or client workflows from discovery to deployment, ensuring repeatability and measurable impact.
  • •Design and automate workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions.
  • •Analyze and optimize by building dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes.
  • •Manage complex projects end-to-end, autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup.
  • •Strong SQL and Python fluency, comfortable querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive insights and automation.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • •Bonus: Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems.
