Key Responsibilities

•Own high-impact processes across key verticals or client workflows from discovery to deployment, ensuring repeatability and measurable impact.
•Design and automate workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions.
•Analyze and optimize by building dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes.
•Manage complex projects end-to-end, autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup.
•Strong SQL and Python fluency, comfortable querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive insights and automation.
•Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions.
•Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
•Bonus: Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems.
