Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, coach, and grow a team of 3–5 Solutions Engineers, including setting expectations, running deal reviews, developing careers, and hiring.
  • •Own the technical win on strategic healthcare and life sciences accounts by staying hands-on in demos, prototypes, and architecture conversations.
  • •Build and maintain the vertical’s technical playbook (reference architectures, demo environments, evaluation frameworks, and SOW patterns) for reuse across GTM.
  • •Serve as the domain authority for deploying GenAI under healthcare constraints, including PHI handling/de-identification, HIPAA/HITRUST, and validation/audit expectations plus real workflow adoption.
  • •Partner with AEs and GTM leadership on account strategy, technical qualification, and pilot scoping; translate patterns into prioritized input for Product and Engineering and influence the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong engineering background with significant customer-facing technical experience (solutions engineering/architecture, forward-deployed engineering, or technical consulting) and hands-on development in Python (or similar).
  • •Experience leading or mentoring technical individual contributors; people management is welcome but a track record as a tech or team lead is key.
  • •Direct experience selling, building, or deploying software in healthcare or life sciences, with working fluency in regulatory and data privacy environments (PHI, HIPAA, and validation requirements).
  • •Ability to present with high technical credibility to clinical or executive stakeholders and front-line engineers, with curiosity, empathy, and pace in a fast-moving vertical.
  • •Nice to have: hands-on GenAI/LLM/applied ML experience, especially evaluation and model validation in regulated settings; also consider clinical/biomedical/pharma domain background or starting new verticals early on.
