Key Responsibilities

  • •Support CIB in managing and optimizing long-term, sustainable profitability through analysis of strategic options.
  • •Implement Global Finance vision and priorities with focus on the CIB interface.
  • •Engage senior CIB management and business/product heads to understand key business drivers.
  • •Run monthly and annual forecasting, challenge performance where necessary, and drive the annual planning process and governance.
  • •Lead financial performance and reporting using P&L and balance sheet drivers; support cost control and RWA insights to maintain targets.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8 years of experience with subject matter expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
  • •Strong analytical skills to assess performance drivers and provide recommendations.

  • •Post graduate qualifications of CA, MBA, CFA etc. preferred but not mandatory.
  • •Familiarity with wholesale business preferred (not mandatory).
