Senior Retail Sales Assistant (QA)

Promote retail products and services, negotiate contracts, and maximize profits while delivering excellent, prompt customer service. Conduct sales transactions on the POS and manage cash, greet customers, identify needs, and assist with purchase decisions. Build customer relationships by recommending new products and promotions, support inventory counts, and ensure merchandising standards are followed, including set-up on the sales floor and loss prevention practices.
