Job Summary

Drive operational excellence and the regional strategy for corporate travel management, including platform and TMC partnership performance. Manage onboarding of Allianz entities, standardize processes, and leverage AI-enabled automation to improve efficiency and user experience. Own regional travel budgets and P&L, KPI tracking, and sustainability reporting, and deliver actionable insights via dashboards and executive reporting. Lead regional travel projects and transformation initiatives across multi-country teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and optimize the regional travel platform and TMC partnership for adoption, compliance, service quality, and system integration.
•Manage onboarding of Allianz entities and improve user experience and platform performance.
•Develop and execute the regional travel strategy aligned with Allianz policies and transformation goals.
•Drive process standardization and AI-enabled improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
•Own regional travel budgets/P&L, KPI tracking, sustainability reporting, and provide insights via dashboards and executive reporting.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in corporate travel management, procurement, or a related field within a multinational organization.
•Track record managing travel programs at regional or global scale, including TMC relationships, platform implementations, and policy enforcement.
•Experience managing cost centers, regional budgets, P&L responsibility, and budget planning in a corporate environment.
•Background delivering or contributing to sustainability/environmental reporting for business travel (e.g., Scope 3 CO₂ emissions).
•University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Tourism Management, or comparable field (equivalent practical experience valued).
