Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the site leadership team to ensure ownership of financial performance and identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities across plant cost categories.
  • •Present plant financial analysis and scorecards to plant and business unit management, emphasizing operational performance linked to SKU, asset productivity, and inventory/waste management.
  • •Prepare daily, weekly, and period-end operational performance reports with comments and recommendations for corrective action.
  • •Own month-end period closing activities including balance sheet management, accruals, and purchase order reconciliation.
  • •Support budgeting, forecasting, capital projects performance reporting, product costing process understanding, and key cost management initiatives (including inventory control/risk management compliance).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • •Minimum 4-6 years of experience, with manufacturing facility experience preferred.
  • •CPA or CMA (or equivalent) desired but not required.
  • •Proficient knowledge of SAP and accounting systems; ERP/SAP training will be provided.
  • •Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting/performance-based measurement with strong analytical and communication skills.
