Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and deliver initial and refresher EHS training programs to operations teams and new hires.
  • •Conduct site risk assessments and work with site leadership to develop risk mitigation and elimination strategies.
  • •Manage environmental, health, and safety programs to meet regulatory and Pernod Ricard requirements.
  • •Conduct incident and accident investigations, maintain required recordkeeping, and ensure timely reporting for site permits.
  • •Partner with site management on EHS KPIs, drive inspections where required, and support environmental sustainability targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of safety management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • •Familiarity with reference standards including NFPA, OSHA, DISCUS, and ANSI.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and facilitate learning.
  • •Public speaking skills and proficiency with computer applications and Microsoft products.
