Lead environmental health and safety programs by identifying, reducing, and eliminating hazards and risks. Key Responsibilities

•Implement and deliver initial and refresher EHS training programs to operations teams and new hires.
•Conduct site risk assessments and work with site leadership to develop risk mitigation and elimination strategies.
•Manage environmental, health, and safety programs to meet regulatory and Pernod Ricard requirements.
•Conduct incident and accident investigations, maintain required recordkeeping, and ensure timely reporting for site permits.
•Partner with site management on EHS KPIs, drive inspections where required, and support environmental sustainability targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 67,700 - 84,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
•5+ years of safety management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
•Familiarity with reference standards including NFPA, OSHA, DISCUS, and ANSI.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and facilitate learning.
•Public speaking skills and proficiency with computer applications and Microsoft products.
