Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI), detail services, test drives, and basic repairs before customer delivery.
  • •Execute basic repairs including removing/replacing parts, body adjustments, tire and wheel exchanges, and functionality testing.
  • •Document vehicle interactions and complete work order administration using the appropriate software suite.
  • •Apply software updates as needed during the inspection and vehicle preparation process.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers; learn high/low voltage systems and support mobile service needs as required.
