•Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app.
•Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring, and operating plans.
•Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners, and business models.
•Turn founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and next actions.
•Work across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations, and country teams to build execution documents and solve urgent business problems.

Key Requirements

•Strong generalist with high ownership, strong writing, and sharp business judgement.
•Quickly learn new industries, regulations, and markets.
•Comfortable working across licensing, partnerships, operations, market research, and execution.
•Ability to turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow-through.
•Strong English communication and structured thinking, with experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing, or founder-led environments as an advantage.
