•Drive strategy, own revenue targets, and ensure flawless campaign execution for the Beauty vertical.
•Manage Client Solutions Managers and partner with Sales and Product teams to deliver results.
•Train and empower the team to serve as external product consultants and educate clients/agencies on alpha/beta solutions and best practices.
•Leverage data to identify consumer trends and develop/evolve client playbooks for measurable outcomes.
•Maintain expertise on TikTok features, ad units, measurement, attribution, and KPIs, consulting clients on linking platform value to ROI; collaborate with Product on advertiser feedback for roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing.
•Experience managing client solutions teams, with proven success in talent development and scaling teams.
•Experience managing advertisers across the full funnel within the vertical.
•Strong ability to analyze data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and assess campaign performance.
•Ability to proactively troubleshoot issues and escalate through the proper channels.
