Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain measurement recipes to enable quick, accurate feedback on product integrity and improve yield/quality.
  • •Participate in new technology development alongside R&D fabrication (Fab) teams and contribute to world-wide continuous improvement discussions.
  • •Set up tool qualification criteria and implement monitoring using Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.
  • •Develop and run projects to enhance inline detection, improve efficiency, reduce cost, reduce measurement variability, and increase machine availability.
  • •Support fabs with data analysis, provide summaries and recommendations for process/equipment availability improvements, and ensure training on recipe maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communication and ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus; leadership and demonstrated impact are desirable.
